Become a kitten hero

About foster caring

Foster carers play a key role in our ability to rescue kittens. Without our foster care crew we are limited in our ability to take on more kittens that need saving and we have to turn cats in need away.

Could you be a kitten superhero?

Picture this: a warm fluffy kitten in a deep sleep on your lap, hearing a kitten purr for the first time, watching them explore the world around them, learning what toys are and then filling their time with playtime galore. These are just some of the heart-warming moments you'll get to share when fostering kittens and playing a pivotal role in setting them up for their future and getting them off the streets. Fostering is an incredibly rewarding experience and we would love to hear from you if you are interested in getting involved.

What do I need to become a carer?

  • A safe indoor space for kittens without any access to the outdoors

  • Your own transport for vet appointments

  • Time to spend with furry and adorable kittens

  • Lots of love to give!

What kind of kittens will I care for?

We have all kinds of kittens come into our care in need of foster homes. It could be a couple of young kittens, an older kitten needing some socialisation, neonates in need of bottle feeding, a mum and her bubs, or older adult cats. If you have a preference, please let us know.

Bottle babies and mums & bubs

We are always on the look out for carers willing to care for neonates (bottle babies) and mums with newborn babies. Both come with their own challenges but it is so rewarding to care for them and a very magical experience to see a mum and her babies grow and develop.
